Yes, I was skeptical about the journey and the affects it would have on my life, because for so long I felt as if I had the answers. Turns out - while I did have the answers, I had to make sure I went back and addressed all the "questions" and choices I had made from the past to create a healthier future. Not an easy thing to do for anyone, but it has been well worth it.
My journey is far from over, but I am learning, embracing and utilitizing all the tools that I never knew I had - and that has made all the difference.

Last year I began extensive home repair and remodeling. I consider my self a "do-it-yourself" person and do not like to hire out jobs I believe I can do myself. I enjoy learning a new skill and love saving a buck. I have spent many hours in home improvement stores gathering knowledge and buying the proper tools to complete my projects.

I just wanted to thank our impromptu coaching session last week. I have always been afraid to stand in my own power and stick up for myself, but with your help, I was able to take a major step and tackle a task that was long overdue! I've been prolonging completing the sale of my practice for a year now, partly because I was afraid to let go, but mainly because I was beating myself up for letting this guy take advantage of me for so long.

I have never done any formal coaching in my life although I have many friends and advisors. But last week I had some important things to decide and needed some help. Rhonda totally helped me.
